T-Type Anti-Spilling Skirtboard and Coal Retaining Seal

The anti-spilling skirtboard is an automatic self-adjusting conveyor skirt sealing system designed to prevent spillage and leakage. The Y-type anti-spilling skirtboard consists of a primary seal and a secondary seal, forming a dual sealing mechanism. It is soft, wear-resistant, and conforms tightly to the belt through the elasticity of the sealing strip itself. The multi-layer protection of the primary and secondary seals collects dust to achieve spill prevention.

The anti-spilling skirtboard adopts an integrated structure with a straight plate and T-type foot or a Y-type structure, and can also be custom-produced according to customer requirements. The straight plate height is 250mm (or processed according to actual dimensions), with a thickness of no less than 20mm, adjustable as per customer needs. The T-type foot width is not less than 50mm (adjustable based on customer requirements).

5. The clamping device can self-adjust the pressure on both sides of the angle steel, ensuring even pressure and preventing the side seal from falling off;

6. Easy and simple installation and adjustment.

Some coal mining units use worn-out belts as a substitute for anti-spilling skirtboards to seal chutes, which can save production costs. However, worn-out belts do not conform well, are not wear-resistant, and offer poor sealing performance.

Users can freely cut the anti-spilling skirtboard to length based on their needs. The width generally ranges from 150-350mm, with a thickness of 15mm. Other specifications can be custom-made as required. The anti-spilling skirtboard is fixed using specialized clamps. Each meter of anti-spilling skirtboard is equipped with one meter of angle aluminum and two clamps.
